In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your service (i.e. your highlights are too light, your layers need to be shorter), we are happy to schedule another appointment with the same stylist to correct the matter. Notice must be given to Denise Antonacci Salon within 72 hours of the appointment and the correction service must be completed within 7 days of your original appointment. If the same service is performed, the service is complimentary. If you would prefer to see a more experienced stylist to correct the original service, you would be obligated to pay for the service level price difference.
Extensions and multiple salon services may require a credit card to secure appointments.
We understand busy schedules and different circumstances cannot be avoided. We are happy to cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel with 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the price of the service reserved. Missed appointments (no show) are subject to charge the full amount of service reserved. You will receive your choice of phone call, SMS text messages, and email notifications regarding the date and time of your appointment. Do not respond to SMS text.

We will issue a full refund on products unused and returned within 10 days of purchase. We do not apply credit towards services for returned merchandise.
Gift certificates must be presented at time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. The value of a gift certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered, or used without your permission. Gift Certificates should be used within one year of purchase date.
